POWER TO SUCCEED

Acts 1 and 2

Not so much the acts of the Apostles, as the acts of the Holy Spirit. The Holy Spirit is still alive today in the church to fulfill God's plan.

Biblical definition of success: Accomplishing what God wants me to accomplish.

We can succeed because we are given . . . .

1. The Indwelling Holy Spirit. (1:8)
a. recieve
b. tell

2. A Supernatural power. (2:1-6; 11)
Not forprayer. Not to impress, but to win more people for Christ.

3. A Vision for the future. (2:17)

4. A Message that changes lives. (2:38-41)

5. A Belief that God can do anything.
(2:43a)
